Transplant seedlings into what size pot?

My seedlings are on day 10, too early to transplant I'd say another 2 weeks. I've read somewhere that people are transplanting into 2 gallon pots and after they transplant again into bigger pots. I thought I just had to buy a 3 gallon pot and transplant once. Can someone please explain it's my first grow

I would watch for first signs of root at the drainage holes and transplant into your 3 gallon ones. Take from there like whats your plans,grow straight up. bending, training,how long in veg state and such like. regards

I'd leave them in those pots for awhile, they look good.
