Transition of clones from indoor to outdoor

Hey I am 2nd year grower. Got 1 out o 5 right last year. Want to know if the direct sun will hurt the baby plants that are going to be planted in containers in full sun. Should I cover them with a sheet for a few days before exposing them in the direct sun and heat??
Thanks a bunch

Howdi. I had 2= 10" tall white widow clones that I introduced to the Sun for out door growing. It seemed that if I let them get the heat of the day like 11am-2pm they would wilt a little. So I gave them morning sun for a couple of hours and then put them in the shade from 11-2 and back in the sun after 2. Within 4 days, They loved full sun and they are vegging quite nicly. Just introduce them over a few days and you should be fine. They do seem to drink more water in the sun than in the grow room. If mine make it through without getting pollinized, I will score heavily on Nasty Ass WW weed. Good Luck to you!
