Training: What to do now?

Hi All, looking for a bit of advice on the best way to train the 2 girls I have ,they are growing really well and need some training I think ,I'm not sure of the best way to go about it ,Should I just bend the branches ?? I'm some what afraid of screwing things up Lol ,any help would be great.

What are you trying to accomplish?

If you were planning on LST, you should have started already - the older the branch is the more woody it becomes and the harder it is to bend. You might consider supercropping at this point. Good luck.

You could top the tallest branches to let the lower ones catch up. You'll have to grow them out for several more weeks though.
