Topping question

i recently topped three plants . two had clear liqiud at cut site , no problem . the third plant had dark purple liquid at cut site . never seen this before . is this normal ? the only problem that im actually having is they are root bound and this will change in the next several days . they are two months old in custom soil mix under cfls awaiting to be transplanted outdoors.

Normal. Happened with my plants.. are you by chance using organic fertilizer? I use FoxFarm and its main fert is brown colored and that was what the "blood" of my plants look like when i top or fim.
Do you have a grow journal? id love to see

thanks , F G G . havent used any nutes yet . there was a very small amount in the soil mix , but i figured it was flushed or used up by now . i am so close to transplanting that i was gonna wait to fertilize after the new roots set in . sorry no journal .

turns out the one with the purple jizz was male . co-winkydink , who knows ? does seem kinda strange though , huh ? LAST YEARS TRASH SEEMS TO BE TODAYS STASH .
