I was just wondering is there a max ppm of co2 that plants can handle? And what are the effects of too much co2?

Too much CO2 will kill your plant. The max amount he plant can handle is about 2000 ppms, 1300-1500 is about optimal.

I was reading in a plant botany book, that a plant uptakes just about the whole amount of C02 it's going to use for the entire day, the first few hours of the morning. And the rest is just wasting the gas. I will be checking on that some more. If I hear more I will post it here.
