Too late for outdoor in So.Cal?

Hi all, was thinking of doing a late outdoor grow in so.cal but dunno if its to late or not.. I'll be purchasing some indica clones to get it going faster. About which month does the flowering usually start in the san Diego area? Do i still have about a month to veg or am I wasting my time?

Also does anybody know of a reputable dispensary that has legit clones in SD?

its July 14th.. If I plant 5 inch clones outdoors right now.. How long will they veg before they start to bud. I'm in southern California..will I be wasting my time or will they atleast get a month of veg in, Really thought someone would of helped me by now.. Need to know if I'm wasting my time or not. I know nothing of when plants start there bud cycle outdoors naturally

If you're ready for very small yield I say give it a try. They just won't grow big, that's it.

They should start at the end of August, beginning of September. I would imagine they would be about two or three foot tall when they start.
