Too cold?

I live in Virginia and i was wonderin if its still too cold to start growin outdoors? The temp is supposed to stay above 45 but dont know with tha weather...always unpredictable

When you think the threat of frost is gone, and the temp of the ground is above 55-60 degrees you should be fine.

IMO it is way too cold to try outdoors in the mid to northern part of the USA yet. End of march to mid april at the earliest. I understand everyones eagerness to get growing but one thing to consider is that the earlier you plant, the bigger the plant come harvest time.(provided it survives the frost) It's kinda hard to hide a 15foot tall cannabis plant with colas as big as your thigh.lol

another problem right now is the nights are still too long. Any seedling might die trying to flower right away. End of April or beginning of May should be fine.
