To Re-Veg or not to Re-Veg - That is the question

Hey guys. New to the forum but not exactly new to growing. I've done a few PC case grows in the past. But recently have upgraded to a bigger box. But it's still a micro grow as far as anyone is concerned.
My question is this. Ive trained myself to flip the lights at about a month into veg. I'll LST and then prune as needed until harvest. But with my bigger area. I have a little more horizontal space. Considering making a small SCROG screen. I'm wondering if I should put the plants back into veg and try to spread the canopy out more. Or will it stress the plants too much with a light flip back to 18/6+LST and cause a hermie.

Currently growing seeds from one of the forum sponsors. Crop King Seeds. I'm running 2 of the blueberry.
One was LST last week when I flipped the lights. The other is gonna get tied down tonight.

Pics of said girls. Well they look like girls. Not 100% sure but they both look promising. The small one that's tied down. Was the same size as the bigger one last week. Small one is 11" from the lights. The big one is 9" maybe even less now.

I reveg once in awhile, but it takes time. Personally I would just let them run, and if I wanted to use more of the flowering space, I would toss a few seeds in there in small containers to grow 12/12 from seed. It does take over three months to harvest though, even at 12/12 from seed, so your others will be done first. I still think you'll be further ahead of the game than if you reveg.

Since it's only like 10 days since the flip. I was under the impression I could flip the lights back to 18/6 or even 20/4 for another 2 weeks and they would stretch a bit more.
But your correct I had re veg A flowering clone before. It it took almost a month to pull back to normal.
I could possibly squeeze a solo cup or 2 in there. But not much else. I did just find a whole bunch of seeds from a no name bag that came by last week. I dunno about you. But it's slim pickings around here on the east coast most of the time. You want top quality you gotta do it yourself.

I haven't tried revegging when they're just started flowering. I have cut plenty of clones at that stage, and they tend to take longer to sort themselves out. So I'm not sure. But I do tend to think you'll be spending a month on it before you're back at where you want to be. Time that could be better spent just growing. I've had plants get confused from light cycles and took forever to straighten out.
I could be wrong though, like I say I haven't tried revegging at this stage.
