Strain is super critical Autoflowering
I'm using a 600 watt MH light 4 x 4 tent setup with the ballest set up at 50% ( just because I didn't see the point of using all that electric until they were a little bigger)
I'm using a 12/12 cycle since they're Autoflowering
Regular organic dirt
The only nutrient I'm using right now is a rooting supplement called mykos
They looked fine on 2nd week besides the fact that some were a little bigger than others
Here's a picture of week 2

And here's a picture of them 8 days later on week 3

Does anyone have any idea on what is causing this to happen and what I could possibly do to fix it???
Because they really don't look good at all and I have never heard or seen this problem happening before.

Thanks for your time

what kind of soil?? you say regular organic dirt... is that dirt straight from your garden, or actual organic soil? how often are you watering?? I would change lights to 18/6, this way they get lots of light and still a dark period for rest. the pics are hard to tell whats going on, can you get close ups?? are you spraying them with something?? the plant itself looks wet in the closeup picture. if thats the case you may have burnt them with your lights if there is water droplets on them. but being on the end of the leaves I would lean towards nute burn. but again, it is hard to tell without closer pics.
How often are you watering?
What kind of soil?
what is your ph of the soil and water?
what is the humidity?
Do you have drainage out of those cups??

it's actually organic from a bag. I'm watering it every so often with a sprayer bottle maybe every day
the pH of my water is 6 and a half
I'm not sure what the humidity is because I need to find my thermometer and I totally forgot to put holes in the bottom of the cups like a dummie

Back your lights off a bit, you may be throwing to much at them to soon. Cfl has always worked best for me for veg...

CFL is compact flouresent bulb (they are the curly twisty bulbs you want 6400k bulbs for veg), but it could be a combination of things. I would quit spraying them also if they are directly under the 600 watt, I would move them to the edge of the light so it is not getting direct 600 watts or go to cfl for a couple of weeks. Do something about drainage. and only water when the cup feels light.

K is Kelvin rating for light bulbs, a 6400k bulb will be more "blue/white, where as a 2700k bulb will be more "reddish yellow" light. the 6400k bulbs are better for veg, and 2700k bulbs are better for flower. (i think i have that right). you can have both going and the plant would love it as it would be getting more of the light spectrum. If you head down to your local hardware store to look at bulbs, they will probably have the "k" right on the packaging. A 2700k bulb puts off the same spectrum of light as a regular bulb, 6400k will be way more white/blue.

Okay, so you say you are running your 600w light at 50% so they are really only getting 300w. Which is pretty safe for seedlings, unless you have it too close. HID lighting should be about 20-30cm away from the top of the plants. Use the hand test if your unsure.

You soil looks way too muddy. Without drain holes and overwatering, the water is sitting for too long for this stage of growth. Could be a bit of root rot in that middle pic marked #1. What soil are you using? Brand name and specs? Does it have nutes in it?

From what I have heard/read here, Auto's do much better under 18/6 or 20/4 lighting schedules. They want light, so give it to them.

Let the soil dry before waterings. You want the roots to search and grow towards the moisture and not be over saturated all the time. We want a good root system so they can grow BIG
