I chopped down one of my N/L’s last night, it was her time to go. Big fat ol colas,sticky as s@#t, that had to be broken down into equal size buds before placeing in the bottom of paper shopping bags to coat the bottom of bag, gently shake and rearrange buds daily for 5-7 days before jarring and burping.

With all the new strain names you see it is nice to see the oldies still out there. Northern Lights has been around longer than most growers on 420 LOL.

From your explanation of it you can tell why it is still around.

With the backlog of seeds I have acquired, I just can’t stop( growing )I mean. These seeds I just grew out, were well over a year old and did very well,they all popped and grew,....in spite of me and my endless meddling.
I store all my seeds the same, small opaque aspirin bottles with the strain labeled on the front with date and bank and a silica pack ( rice May b substituted) inside,refrigerated in one of the bottom drawers till it’s go time.

I store in a similar way and have seeds from 1998 that still pop.
