Thoughts on my CFL closet grows?

this is my 400 watt cfl hood has had a few mod already since first build like two 8 post terminals instead of marretts and two 4inch fans to throw some fresh air into the bulbs

I hae more pictures pls more from my firsttwo grow but didn't want to overload the first post let me know what you think orany suggestions
 
Not bad at all I thought of something similar but this looks a lot better than anything I could have made good job! How much dried weight did you end up with

Thanks going to start work on the revised edition two tomorrow. And I had 4 plants in total 2 white widow and two mommy daddy (unknown strain friends came up with the name and it kinda stuck lol) but in the end was just under 3.5 ounces and they were pretty small my pks I got going now are 3 times the size so hoping for a bit more this time around plus added a few more of the nutes that go with my line of nutes so hopefully that helps.

Hi and welcome to 420mag family
They look good
maybe some lights on their lower branches or are you going to clean those off from leaves?
 
Not to sure yet only place I can fit anymore lightsnwould be from floor facing up doesn't really look like it but its pretty tight in there. Didn't plan on letting them get this big I was going for 3 feet cause I knew I ould get the light to penetrate down enough. Been thinking of getting some small tube fluorescence that I could maybe mount on the wall since they are long and skinny. Any recommendations I figure it may be toonlate to cut the lower branches off so may just cook with that stuff.

Thanks Ya they seem pretty good considering I had a few issues right now I believe a ph issue really hoping I didn't mess up and they have root rot somehow my soil pH is 8 :o but get that with next two flushes. And during veg I started with 4 one got snapped and another puller right out of the soil surprisingly it took and is now the biggest one

Well a alongside light on the walls is not a bad idea.. but the ones close to harvest they don't mind without it. Go for the next grow or try to keep size lower and more even. :circle-of-love:

Ya I tried topped the one like 8 times if not more to let the one that got ripped out and the other that got bent a chance to catch up. The one that bent over ended up pretty much same size and the one that got ripped out grew 6 inches taller during switch to 12/12 normally only do two foot tall but took a while for the two to heal but once they did they took off

Well for the next one :) I am on plain CFL too and my worry is about that.. not to take off, since I want a low grow and bushy

My last grow was short 3 months which was the white widow and I only moved my lights up about an inch or two found it slowed the stretch compared to this time where I was just scrambling to make sure I hade good stress free plants going into veg

Stress free going into flower not veg lol and only moved light once it was about an inch from the bulbs found with the cfl they would slow right down. Bit stressful for the first week or two but once they were done stretching raise them about 4 inches from top of plant

Good looking setup and plants. I'm doing a CFL for the first time and I built a 12 bulb fixture very similar to yours.

I also added the 4 2" T5s on the sides. Originally they were on the wall but I decided with some encouragement from some posters to get them closer to the plant. I hope to get my plants lookin like yours!!!
