I'm sorry if it is, but I was just wondering...Will the male plants grow actual MJ or just the females? I heard that the female plants are high in THC and low in seeds, but nothing about the males.

Males have the pollen and the females the place to lay it Pollinated females create seeds.

if you mean the product from the female and male are different than yes.lol male plants are pollen carrying jerks.lol the females catcth the pollen adn create seeds in the female flower(traditional pot) males are basically only good for cooking with and making hash.
