This is from a stunted 2 month old plant (white widow). They were in a small closet and I increased the wattage of the lights, since the last grow, and it was hot. I then made a 1m x 1m tent with 480 watts of CFL bulbs in various frequencies in which the 4 plants at now. Two of the plants look decent but are stunted. The other 2 have leaves like this one and look bad but still growing.
Should I give up on the plant with this leaf? And WTF causes this?
