They are all the same strain

Believe it or not, these are all the same strain, and there is only one week difference between them, some are one week older than the others. As you can see, there is one plant that is ready and several that don't even have pre-flowers yet.

They look very nice! The timing is just different phenotypes, they progress in their own time. BTW, there is not one of those plants that is near ready to harvest.

Is that a dozen plants started in two groups a week apart or a couple plants sprouted each week? Each seed could be from a different mother. Even if they are all from the same mother, they are siblings, not twins or clones. If they were all clones the same age I would look at light and temp inconsistency. Warm and sunny grows faster.
