TheBlaze: Genesis, Chapter 1, Verse 1

I can't wait for you to pop those beans. I always enjoy watching others grow the same strains. Especially if they do a good job of it as I'm sure you will.

I'm in your garden at the moment. I can tell I've missed alot. LOL!

Good looking stuff Blaze! Did you train the Purple Envys differently than you normally do? They look more even with more colas rather than your normal top and let grow style with the two main colas. If you did them the same way then damn they sure made themselves even and bushy instead of taller with minimal training. Also how long did you veg them for from seed to flip? 5 weeks?

Lol hang out with Vex, Growchy, Pat and the crew. They will get your page count up there!

I'm too lazy to be chatty. :cheesygrinsmiley: I fell asleep while catching up on your garden, and now it is work time again. Sorry Penny. That is not an indictment on your journal obviously. :thumb:

Blaze your plants look amazing brother. I'd have loved to smell them how they are currently. I can only imagine the glory of it all :adore::adore: that's like seeing a lady with a nice butt, only better. LoL

Dankie Pat! I love trimming these girls up. Then you really smell them!

Well spotted man. Yeah, much longer veg and I had to cut them back because they were getting too big. You should see the strawberry diesels. Tops everywhere, but they are flimsy. I think I might have a problem with those girls later in flower.

I've followed you long enough now to know when your plants look different :). I've been waiting for you to give an attempt at training them earlier on and making them look shorter and bushier. It also helps beef up those "flimsy" stalks. I don't know if you will ever do it but some of your girls get so big and tall! Not that that is a bad thing, I just couldn't pull it off in my tents because I don't have that kind of vertical space. Maybe, for a change, our Purple Envy's will look pretty similar in the end because of you having to cut them back. Mine go into flower in a couple weeks so I'll be eyeballing yours closely.

HEY Mr. Blaze it's been awhile. I had to come by and check-in and see how the girls are doing. Excellent pictures and nice harvest. I wouldn't say NO to squishing em'! :cheertwo:

Thanks Johnnie!

I sampled the Purple Envy last night and got seriously shitfaced. Had to scoff down a plate of curry and a glass of red to feel better. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Yeah, I love those tall girls man. :cheesygrinsmiley: There is something sexy about them.

I see the new purple envys in flower are not really stretching much at all. Strange. Maybe a really long veg prevents stretch to a degree and transitions the plant to bloom almost immediately. Both purple envys have barely stretched at all. I think they have grown maybe 2" in 11 days, if that.

I see my Strawberry Diesels are not really stretching either, and they were the ones I was particularly worried about. If that is the case, then I definitely cut them back too much. Oh well... we live and learn right.

Mine usually stretch days 11-17 pretty heavily. Usually the transition week they only grow a couple inches. I'm sure they will hit full stretch soon but if they've vegged for longer it seems like they don't stretch as much for sure.

Gorgeous garden man. Those buds look delightfully delicious. Always nice to find something special. Glad your enjoying your hard work
Happy daze.

Thanks brother DK! Today I chop down 2 of the Strawberry Amnesias. These are the ones I've been waiting for.

Yeah, I usually notice stretch beginning at about day 5 of 12/12. I can't believe I'm actually hoping they stretch more. I was so worried because they are big plants. I will have to make a mental note of the progress over the next 2 weeks.

Harvested all the strawberry amnesias this weekend, as well as the last blue dream. The last blue dream came in way heavier than I thought it would. Such an ugly plant but the buds look epic, and smell like pure candy.

Here is queen sativa, just before I chopped her down. Difficult to get a good photo of her because of her size.

Was in the other one, and hadn't peeked in here for a while - and wow, it all came together. Those SA :) plants look bomb man.

Congrats on your harvests, hope the crowd can smell it coming. :Namaste:

Thanks my man. It definitely came good in the end, and I'm very grateful for that. I will beat my previous best by a decent margin as well. So I'm moving in the right direction. Hopefully I can come in a bit heavier in about 9 weeks from now, although I only have 4 plants in rotation this time.

LOL! Thanks Johnny.

She does have that old school vibe about her. I don't see too many untrained xmas trees in grows these days.
