Yep, noticed that during my last purchase from them last year.Btw, I thought VAT was exempted for exported goods?If you are buying at the Vault and are from EU (even when you choose euro) the prices you see are not the same as at last step of checkout.
VAT gets added last step which is very easy to miss
I have not seen any other European seed bank do that

Im sure it is.
VAT is a tax levied on goods and services consumed in the UK. When goods are exported they are ‘consumed’ outside the UK and to impose VAT on such goods would be contrary to the purpose of the tax.
