I need them for translation. With subs is much easier to do that, instead to translate from scratch.

wouldn't it just be easier then to get the English version instead of having to translate it at all?

English movie with English subtitles, with subtitles is much easier to translate to other languages - make subtitles on top of English movie, for those people, who don't understand English.
