Michigan’s Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) is implementing a two-step application process for a cannabis license. The first step is a pre-qualification process and the second step is the licensing application process. This will allow business to start the process of applying for a license while they are still searching for a location. A link to the details the two step application process is listed below. LARA will be accepting applications for state business licenses starting December 15th.
