The Joy Of Growing - SweetSue Goes Perpetual

 The Dark Devil Autos Have Risen!!!

This one still has to toss the shell, but no worries there, BUT THEY BOTH CAME UP!!! :slide:

I AM SO EXCITED!!!

Did you catch that SweetSue is excited. Yeah. Hard to miss. :laughtwo:

Now, I need to talk MagicJim into running one side-by-side with me. I like the idea of dropping the seeds simultaneously, something I've not tried before. What do you say Jim? When you're ready we could coordinate it. I won't be ready to do the African Buzz side-by-side with SoilGirl until months from now, so this would be a sweet interlude. Give it some thought. I think it would be fun. :battingeyelashes: Tell him guys. Tell him how much fun it would be. :laughtwo:

What the sweetest sue said MagicJim , she is Queen after all

Have I told you lately how much I love you? Yeah. Don't you ever forget it. :hugs:

Getting ready to run into town for coffee beans and of course the wake'n bake first, right? I just love being able to open the massive jar, stick my hand in and pull out a sweet packet of goodness.

image32487.jpg

Those little fox tails are my favorite part. How do you not love something that explodes with energy like that? It's like it's begging me to use it. Haha!

Ok, gotta go. Keep after MagicJim, but be nice guys. I'm trying to entice him, not drive him away, and I don't think he's altogether convinced I'm not a complete nut job, so play nice. :laughtwo:

It just popped into my head that the side-by-side could be done as a joint thread. I mean, obviously I'll post ten times more than you would MagicJim, but what fun would that be? :laughtwo: Think of the value of a well-documented thread on this fabulous strain? We'd entice others to try, the same way I helped to entice you. So, although you'd see the plant here in my perpetual journal, I'd document that one in the side-by-side.

I'm really just excited MagicJim, not trying to pressure you on the public stage. You're free to refuse the offer. The idea is good enough I'll find another taker. I just know it's supposed to be you. And I am Queen. There's that. :battingeyelashes:

Well, my seeds are still in the vault and yours just went wheels up. I'll wait until we can drop the seed at exactly the same moment. Jim

At your convienience my friend. I can't grow enough of this one and I still have 10 seeds waiting. I'm going to work with B A R to teach me how to clone them before they're gone and have a continuous supply. This is one serious strain, and I haven't even begun to apply what I'm just now beginning to learn from that wounderous resource we all know as Conradino.

Today is my :420: anniversary guys. This is such a sweet gift. Ahhh..... SweetSue is happy. :battingeyelashes:  This next year is going to be such fun. :slide:

I am interested in trying the dark devil myself. My local Seedbank has stocks also. I might have to take the tram for a ride. :thumb:

Wonderful! I think I like what's happening here. "Click" "Click" :laughtwo:

OK, that made me laugh. When I was young we called buds nuts and I had a made a custom box for stash and rolling, I had enlayed the lid with "Nut Box" and a nice leaf design. I had not thought of that box in years (lost in the first house was in the way of a fire storm), I should make a new one if my hands will let me.

Plan it out in increments. Get all your pieces done as individuals. Baby steps. Just like rebuilding SweetSue. From my perspective, reading that post, you need to do this. I expect a picture of the finished piece. I know you can see it in your mind. It flashed clear there, didn't it? Treat yourself to it, and when you want to scream in frustration, stop and imagine how sweet it will feel to open it and take out your homegrown.

Sorry, that just pored out. But you know I'm right.

Thanks guys. That's so sweet. :hugs:

Daily Update: Perpetual Tent - Week 18, Day 7

Maintenance notes:
- Watered all the seedlings.
- Topped off SWICK reservoirs.

That's it. No Brix this morning either. I slept right through the morning opportunity and I'm away from home for the afternoon window. Tomorrow. I have a sense that it's a good idea to stretch this one out to 10 days a few times and tomorrow will be day 10.

Let's try something different today. I'll be as quiet as I can and just let you enjoy the plants. :battingeyelashes: Don't get used to this. I'm just in fast-forward about this shared grow and it's all I can think about right now. :laughtwo:

Look! It worked! :slide: Do you have any idea how excited it made me to pull this one out today and see this? :woohoo:

image32502.jpg

This example of FIM is the only unsexed plant in here that's not a seedling, so we will watch this protrusion very carefully over the next day or so.

image32504.jpg

No changes on the seedlings shelf. No one new up yet. One last loving look back. I stood there today and sent out an energy field to fill the tent with harmony and health and envisioned it bursting with healthy and vibrant plants, much as it is now, but on steroids. LOL!! It was the neatest moment. For a split second there I could almost see the energy field fill the space. The universe is a wounderous and magical place. I think these little metaphysical things work. They certainly don't hurt. That's right I was going to be quiet. :laughtwo:

Wasn't that fun? They are a sweet bunch, but I'm kind of partial. :battingeyelashes: Such a lovely start to the day, even if I did dawdle long enough to get to the coffee store as they turned the key in the lock for the day. Awk!! Had to stop in Starbucks. They make a mean cafe' mocha. Not as good as mine, but good enough. That's where I am now finishing this up as my battery runs down. :laughtwo:

I started the day with an hour-long conversation with the woman Dale stopped seeing when he met me. Wonderful woman. We laughed heartily and cried often. He was the most wonderfully gentle and kind man and at one point he restored her faith in men. I like that thought. He'd asked me to contact her personally and I picked up that phone every day since his death and couldn't send the message. I knew she'd heard of his death, but I needed to make personal contact. Today was the first time I got the entire message typed in, through a veil of tears much like the one I'm typing through now, and made it all the way to "Send Message". It took her less than 2 minutes to call me back. Life is so incredible delicious.

Overflowing with joy here guys. I know you can feel it. :laughtwo: Let it motivate you to increase your own joyful output. What a powerful force! Ok, I'm almost out of battery and I still have to proofread.

It's been a magical year. Let's make the next one something to really remember.

:Namaste:

Sometimes things work in weird ways.. My sister and my wife love each other now...when my mother was alive they could not even stand each other.. Sometimes things happen like that because it couldn't before... Not saying only your convo with her today but other things you will notice that will now treasure.. Life did not even afford you some of those opportunities before...

Yes life is delicious! Well Put!

She and I had become friends of a sort years ago. I've kept her informed of his condition for things like open heart * shudder * although this was our first extended conversation in quite a while. It was cathartic. I've been easily tearful lately and it's always comforting to be in the company of someone unfazed by that. I can be complicated and she sees right through me. I think we're going to end up great friends. How sweet is that?

A laugh I'll share. She's even more boisterous and over the top than me. Turns out my man of fewer-than-few words had a thing for loud, happy 'Burgh women. :laughtwo:

I'm warmed that your sister and wife came to a peaceful resolution. Having disruption in my own family makes me more appreciative of the moments I get to witness where love wins out. Gives me hope.

Another day in paradise Sue :) Look at the light and you will surely find great things :Namaste:
I'm still so excited for my new soil girls, their first night in soil! :)

I'm excited to be able to watch you bring them to their best potential. I'm thrilled that you choose to do a journal. Every journal is one more piece to the puzzle. Plus, it gives us all the opportunity to stay in close contact with each other. Family bonds are important and worth maintaining. The fun of harvest and the promise of smoke reports is just a delightful bonus. We wanna see plants growing. :laughtwo:

I haven't Bear, but that's a fluid experience. I've had crazy lags some days and others where it flies in. Not much to do but patiently download. Sorry it's making your day challenging. :hugs:
