Daily Update: Perpetual Tent - Week 12, Day 7
Maintenance notes:
- All seedlings got watered.
- Filled reservoir under no-till
- No-till pot got top watered to work in the top dressing.
Auto Destroyer (Day 81) This is as close as she's going to come to one of those "waves" of new pistils Graytail talks about, but there's not an area on this plant that doesn't have new pistils developing. Good Girl.
See what I mean? More new growth every day.
African Buzz (Day 80) She's finally beginning to lose the spikey look on top. Pistil fade is progressing slowly but smoothly.
Cheese Candy (Day 81) Still vigorously growing. She's really breathtaking up close.
Yeah, not much "popcorn" going on under here.
LOS seedlings.
BrixBlenb Babies.
Environment under control.

The Tiny Closet: Week 3 - Day 7
I noticed that Carnival had a curious bend to her stem. On closer inspection I can see some root nubs forming there.
I pulled out the reserve soil and topped the cup off to bury that piece. Hopefully I'm going to get some additional roots grab the soil solution. Oh goody! More stability.

Carnival & Afghani #2
I've got a few that need transplanted this week. More excitement. I need to finish my felt pots and get everything ready to go. Need to hit the LOS reserves with an ACT on Monday, so I need to get that rolling today.
I have these leaves on Cheese Candy that went all nasty, like they'd been burned. It confused me all this time because there's really nothing added to that pot that would do that. I'm perched here on the bed typing and looked up to see this and immediately thought "Brix Burn". I think I solved that mystery.
Well, I'm going to walk down to my favorite riverside restaurant and let them fix my breakfast. After a pleasant and relaxing meal I'll wander down to Office Depot and get my flow sheets printed up and stop at Michael's to get more felt. My big project today is to get busy on those pots and stick with it. And Callanetics. The body needs the tune up.
Have a splendid day. Many of you are blessed with outdoor gardens and I wish you hours of immersion in those joyful pursuits. Get out there and spread that joy everywhere you can. I'll do my best from here.
