These associations of farmers and consumers of cannabis want to change the law.
The info. they want to reopen the debate on the role of cannabis in society. Monday, "Cannabis social club" France decided to form associations under the 1901 law to make known to the general public. The "Cannabis Social Club" are small groups of farmers and consumers, usually a dozen people who provide them without trade or traffic. Everyone participates in costs of cultivation, and leaves with a portion of the harvest. In total, more than 400 gatherings of this type exist in France today, all illegal.
Penalties equivalent to terrorists. By declaring all the prefecture, they hope to force the hand of the state to change the law.
