I have now been around here on this Website for a Decade or more, and I have been Teaching Everyone about the Religious Exemption Process, and I more than anyone in America have done the most to further these Concepts. Being Religious Marijuana and the Court Citations, for example I am the Person who Brought in Mandamus and Cited Olsen from the 80s. I think the DEA and Everyone had forgotten him, but there he was on Twitter as @GanjaLaw still Filing Case in Des Moines.

I am Probably the most Advanced Religious Marijuana Speaker, or Advocate, in the 21st Century. There is Keith Stroupe and them, but what they are doing is not Religious, they are Trying to get Laws Changed in Congress, their Goal is to Change the Law, Our Goal is not to Change the Law, but to Provide a Narrow 1st Amendment Exemption for Religious Use, mostly Priestly, then Communion, then also Holidays. This would be the Narrow Use. Priests would use Regularly as we do, the Sadhus. Then the Congregation would be involved with Communion, like the Rastafarian Groundation and Other Ceremonies involving Marijuana and the Smoking Chalice, which is something like a Bong. Ours involves the Chillum, also like a Vape now in Modern Times.

We are the First People who were Petitioning the DEA about NON-DELTA-9-THC, that is our Focus, we were Talking to them about 4-OH-MiPT and 4-Aco-MiPT and -MeO-MiPT, and then also AMT, which all are not Cannabinoids at all, but we were also Petitioning the DEA about THCv, and Other Non-THC Cannabinoids. Which now, since 2018 (we were doing this before 2018) includes Delta 8, Delta 10, THC-O, etc. These now are all considered Hemp, and the DEA is even considering making Marijuana Schedule III which means that all Analogues would be Legal, which is Basically what the Hemp Law has done anyways, as long as the Analogue is Hemp Derived, it has to be made from a Taxable Hemp Extract, and then made into Delta 8 and Delta 10, etc.

This is kind of Business it might sound like, but it is the LAW, and the LAW for Religion can be Found in Title 42 of the USC Chapter 21B and 21C, and I suggest that You Spend Hours and Days Studying the Different Parts of those Laws, the Applications, the Definitions, etc. and the most Pertinent Part to our Discussion here is First "Any Exercise of Religion, whether or not compelled by, or central to, a system of Religious Belief" and "Least Restrictive Means". What the Law Actually says is that Government can not Burden Religion, unless they have a "Compelling Governmental Interest" that they can express in the Court, and then it has to Pass the Tests from Sherbert v. Verner, and Gonzales v. O Centro. If they have a Compelling Governmental Interest, they still must use the most Narrow Means of Accomplishing that, the Least Limiting Means. So in this Case, having Religious Marijuana Users Follow the Hemp Law, is a "Least Restrictive Mean" which actually brings together all the NON-THC Cannabinoids, and the Hemp Law, and the Religious Laws, and the Federal Court Case Law.

So now that I have given an Overview of the kind of History of the Van Kush Family on this Website and in relation to the DEA, and You can Delve Deeper by Getting into the Links Provided. Now we can continue on with this Thread, and I will use this Thread to get into the Angelicalist Movement, and will Provide more information about the #VanKushFamily. For example, we have 2 Tokens Created on the HIVE-Engine Blockchain and we are about to have a Token on the Polygon Blockchain. And important enough to be a 2nd Post, Everyone may Learn about Alexander "Sasha" Shulgin, the Godfather of Ecstasy, the Author of Pihkal and Tihkal, and they then assume that the entire Field is what it should be, a Remnant of his Philosophies, with the Spiritual Alchemy undertone, and Everyone knows about him. But no, that is not the Fact, that is not the Case, that is not how it is in the World we Live in.

Instead, there is a Small Segment of the DEA, Military, and High Level Non-Elected Government, who know about Dr. Sasha Shulgin, and there are a bunch of DRUG DEALERS for the most Part on the Market. A lot of it is no Better than Drug Dealing, as much as you are looking for Entheogens, and Empathogens, a lot of what is going on is Fentanyl Sales, and it was Cathinones to Benzos before it ever had to be, when there was 2C-I and 2C-E still, there was a Cathinone Market already Starting, the Benzo Market was already there, the Analogues I mean.

The Government is after those who would tinker with a Molecule, Changing 1 Atom in order to Circumvent Drug Laws, and it makes sense. They also do not Really Chase after the End Consumer, as long as the Police aren't finding the Substance on Dead Bodies and in Arrests and Everything, then they Naturally Start to get involved. And I just want to Point out that those who Learn about Dr. Sasha Shulgin may think that the World is Rosey, and that he is at the Center, and Everything Happened the Right way.

But he is ACTUALLY something very Special, and the Federal Government knows, there is actually a Discussion to be had, a "Hold on a Minute, this we need to Talk about" from what might be Otherwise considered a Government that doesn't know anything about any of this.

And Sasha Shulgin was an Amazing Person, that is the Point, and he actually did some Amazing Things. We all as a Species, can not forget what he did. And he Opened the Door for the Next 1,000 Years. Many People know about like Timothy Leary, and Hoffman and his Book about LSD called "My Problem Child". Sasha Shulgin said that Everything we are going through is "Growing Pains" and that we would come out the Other End a Better Society, with a Shamanic Ability and Everything.

I also remember you could buy signed flasks from Shulgin's lab at some point for mucho dineros.
I was like that's a very cool thing to have on the rack.. but yeah not for that money, I rather buy a minimoog again.

I don't dabble in any of that stuff anymore though.. after the psychedelics I can't stand synthetic uppers anymore.
It just doesn't feel right.
And well after maxing out psychedelics even those aren't calling me much anymore, And I'm kind still processing all those trips as well I still remember all of them pretty clearly.
Although Mushies are still on the menu, and I still got a lot of vines & maois, I however do no trust anything Hoffman going around, I don't know what the kids are taking but it ain't it. As it also sits up high in the chest and is flashy and peppy. Don't like the feeling at all. So nope. I really wish they would allow drug testing stands at all the prone events.. there are some but it's not enough.. Purity and responsible usage would be a good thing to learn the people and would keep so many people out of trouble.

I'd love to thank John for my last experience of that.. In my travels 5-6 years back I encountered an American in his late 70's in Portugal, who lives in Ireland, He had shot hips from biking all his life and he was from San Fransisco and lived through the whole acid scene back in the hey day it seems as we got to talking in the hotel.. at breakfast he calls me over and he went well after talking I want to give you something and he handed me a piece of coffee filter.. and that turned out to be one of the easiest most beautiful long lasting acid trip I've experienced. The most gentle come on that just started with pure happiness radiating and slowly shifting into a full blown altering of reality.. everything natural, plants & trees was a grounding point as those remained very real although they looked totally bizar, several layers around them you could see them pulsing & breathing & liquid moving , anything human made as in text or drawings was alway schanging and could change into anything really I just had to look at it and it would melt away into incredible drawings or paintings but never still always changing.. people were real too but pretty shifty or lagging drawing long trails everywhere.. and if I sat somewhere.. I could kinda just hop in and look through their eyes and jump around like that. Of course seeing the music and pulsating geometric fields connecting everything together... and it was full on all the time and lasted all through the night.. I started at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and yeah at noon the next day I could start to recognise the real world again, I did spent a long time looking to go somewhere but eventually gave up as I realised well I probably passed it a few times but how would I recognise it as the thing where I wanted to go? as everything looked completely different and reading any signs was useless.
Also the interaction with people was phenomenal also mostly without words.. as I was well beyond speaking and finding words useful.. not knowing anyone people would join me, offer joints & drinks, I got hugs and kisses walking through the crowds, at one point is was laying on a bench staring up at trees and a girl sat beside me and caressed my hair for a while then gave me a kiss on the forehead and wished me a nice trip and frolicked on.
I'm telling ya the hippies are right, drop acid not bombs..

That was the most beautiful and fun one. Ease in, full on and ease out nothing but good feels.

The best one though, was where I lay shaking in shock in the corner of the room for hours when the dimensions disappeared or more collapsed into a single one and I felt like I was shot out of my forehead into some sort of universe browser and I kinda pressed well our system here again as well I was like oh that looks familiar and then I was suddenly next to our Sun and got shot into the Earth and born again and kinda went through a whole other life, somewhere dry and mountainous, it was bliss. I remember the next day my whole face hurt as I was stuck wide eyed with surprise for all those hours, those muscles were kaput.

I do feel the entheogen experience is sorely missed these days, every continent you look at history and tribal life you'll find some plant or another and rituals.. people danced their demons away around the fire in a drum circle.
And well the awareness it creates.. you actually feel you belong to this symbiotic life.. you feel one with it and you can also feel everything that causes harm, as there are things that cause harm to it, however not all destruction is harmful as a lot of it is also part of the symbiosis.

Oh shit, gotta stop myself otherwise I can just go on, as there was this one time I had the weirdest schroom trip, it started of like a normal one and like wavy tunnels appeared, but then suddenly electric flashes started crackling.. and then suddenly that wavy tunnel zapped open and I was walking up a mountain with small green dragon like creatures guiding the way up the hill, and this is weird for shrooms as usually they are not that flashy more grounded in the surroundings you're at..
I turned up the path and saw a city in the mountains I'd say Kush or Himalayas with a long bridge arching to it and crossing it I found myself in the most fantastical, magical bazaar where I saw Ganesha & Shiva having tea at the most elaborate copper tea brewing device & smoking pipe.. I did have a cup with them in sound, not in silence but it's not like there was any talking but there was a lot of sound and ambience, and I also remember looking up during tea and seeing giant spinning stone circles adorned with gargoyle like buddha figures and well it was just endless it was Spinning stone circle containing fire and in it spun another stone circle containing fire containing another stone circle..
It's stone circles all the way down or up?

Another thing I found recurring on shrooms is jellyfish like creatures.. but the large kind with long tentacles.. and it's almost a seductive process going on to make the trip blossom more as if you let it envelop or enveil your mind, it gets so much more stronger.

What I would be interested in is some sort of literature on cataloging experiences or mapping structures..
As there are some shared dimensions and 'rooms' between experiences.. like if I look at those Alex Grey paintings I very much recognise a dmt experience I had, and the Shah Mosque in Iran that entrance and those ceilings also remind me very much of spaces I've been in within the experience. As when I saw those that was instant recognition.

I'm not religious, so no exemptions, although I do treat them very much like entheogens as I feel that is the most apt to describe the effects. Plants teach about life, symbiosis, awareness, consciousness if you pay attention
