Thanks Super groomer, BTW I have got fungus Gnats in my potting mix, tried cinnomin, flypaper & now crushed stone on soil, nothing is working

Let the soil dry out well. How often are you watering? Believe it or not what worked the best for me was cutting back on water and hanging a couple fly strips. Post some pics and let's see what you have.
