droopy plants and the growth is very slow

since day 23 i dont fertilize the ladys with hesi tnt grow, they only get sensi cal mag

Overwatered? Root rot? PH fluc? From what I could see under the LED, they looked good through day 26. More info on your watering schedule please?

till day 18-20 i got burnt tips

Do they feel light when dry? They should not feel heavy when picking them up. My money is on a wet root issue, however YMMV as it is hard to diagnose from across the world. Hopefully someone else will give us their $0.02 worth also.

i could wait another day with watering

should i fert them?

in europe, knowledge about autoflower and led growing is very low like my english grammar
