temp and humidity levels for indoor room

What is the temperature and humidity range for a safe indoor grow with a 400 mh/hps in a 3' x 8' x 6' space. It gets up to 90 degrees and as low as 63 degrees during dark hours. The humidity was about 65 percent during the light cycle. There is a slight freeze outside, and this room is a shed attached to a building and has three walls exposed to weather. In Central Calif. Winter is a joke here and it rarely freezes, but it did this year. Thanks for the input, waterprufguy.

90 is approaching upper limits without stressing plants unless you add supplemental CO2, I would try to get it to 85 or below if possible. The lows and RH appear to be right on for vegetation.
