Port Clinton, Ohio - A teenager was taken to the Ottawa County Detention Facility after she was reportedly found with a marijuana pipe in her possession.
A report from the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office shows Amanda M. Lowe, 18, of 11805 W. Ohio 163, Oak Harbor, is charged with drug paraphernalia.
Her bond was set at $1,025 with no 10 percent provision.
A woman at Lowe's residence contacted authorities at 11:53 a.m. Wednesday to say she had found a marijuana pipe in Lowe's coat.
The report shows Lowe is on probation for a similar offense.
The deputy stated Lowe eventually admitted the multi-colored glass pipe belonged to her.
