T8 lights help need are thease any good to start with

Hello I have 4 600x600 that takes 4 t8 or t 12 lights could I get and if so what bulbs should I get ? I'm a newbie and i just came across these and want to k ow if I can use them. Please anyone help thanks

Sure...but results will show the lack of light too

Can get a real grow light for two plants for about $100

I'd go that route
