I have one of these in a 32" x 32" x 63" Mylar Hydro Grow Tent, it's tight fit but goes in diagonally. It's got 12000K bulbs currently.

So I would like to know:-
1. Is that light enough for vegging the 3 seedlings I have under it or should I supplement with more hanging cfls (budget and heat restrict me to cfl)
2. What difference will the 12000K bulbs make over 6700K I see recommended for vegging or the colour just not work?

1) That is more than enough light for 3 seedlings
2) The higher the number in K or kelvin, the more blue the light is. For vegging, blue light is desired because it causes short internode length. This makes the plant short and bushy. Generally speaking this is desired for indoor growth. When you go to flower make sure you change to a lower kelvin rating on the bulbs. 2700k is the lowest I have seen.
