Switching from Adderall to Cannabis

My daughter, who's 18, has been on Adderall, since she was 7. Since she turned 10, she has been on the highest dosage prescribed. She also takes Prozac for depression, and suffers from PTSD and anxiety attacks.

Recently, she and I discussed her switching from Adderall to a form of cannabis. However, I want to make sure that the strain of cannabis we pick is the correct one to as closely subsitute for Adderall as possible.

Can anyone help me?

That is a GREAT question and a really hard one to answer since there is so little scientific data and conflicting opinions.

A good starting point can be found on sites that strain review. Leafly comes to mind.

My friend with PTSD sticks with his favorite indica and avoids energizing sativas.

I have a neural condition that weakens my senses so I prefer hybrids that ease pain and help with sleep.
