Sundae Driver buddlings kinda small-3rd grow-DIY tent

Hey y'all,
I'm on my 3rd grow and a friend gave me a Sundae Driver clone and my buds don't look as robust as the ones I see posted for this strain. I'm using cheap lights bought on ebay-tent cost under $100 to make with lights (maybe $150). Should I just let em go longer? Using Fox Farm soil and nutes, here's pics-tell me what you think-thanks in advance!

Hard to tell, but kinda looks like you didn’t allow it to veg very long before flipping. How big was she when you started flowering her?

Bout 18” high , trimmed and bent to have multiple big big sites, been in flowering for abt a month, came from a clone
