The best info I've found regarding the black light is that it's UV rays damage or attempt to damage the plant and the plant in return creates more trics to protect itself. I saw a guy on YouTube who I think has the black light on while other lights are on. Whole 18/6 period. Then I also read somewhere that its good to use the light for 20min-2hrs per day. During the last week or two before harvest. Its hard to find good info on the topic but there is some out there.
