My girl was looking great then all a sudden its like she stopped growing right during the most important growth phase? Is it a loss? To late? Normal?

early in the flower cycle plants undergo whats known as the “stretch”, a short window of very rapid vertical growth, but after the stretch is over plants continue growing but at a slower pace.

Like @013 mentions, once the stretch is over the plant slows down. No more stem growth. Just about every bit of energy the plant has is sent to the buds. The buds will get a bit longer and then towards the end they will be plumping up and getting fat and there will be even more trichomes.
