streching for no reason

I was reading and i am pretty sure that if you veg with the wrong spectrum cfl it will cause streching no matter how close the lights are.

In my box(homemade) i have 5 seedlings 3 days old with 150w cfl about 4 inches from the plants. I have fans for temp, is no problem but i think because its a 2700k warm white more on the edge of a flowering spectrum there streching because of it. I already went and got 2 75w daylight cfls to replace the warm white, i just want to make sure i didnt waste my money.

If someone could confirm my thoughts that would be great.

Much better. Most folks use 6500k flouros, but 6000k is close enough, they won't stack quite as tight, but they'll do alot better than 2700k.
