Strange sing on leaves

Hey, i have strange sing on my plants leaves, some very small white dots.
at first I thought it was because of spraying the plants when he was light, the plant just a little burned.
But after I made sure to spray them in the dark, it still continued to be the new leaves have grown.
What could it be? Insects?

did you look at it through a scope or magnifying glass? Its hard to see from pic but could be mites.

if it's a mites, what should i give them? it's a big problem?

First make sure thats what it is, google image spider mites to compare with what you see on the leaves, if they are spider mites, yes is a huge problem that you need to take care of ASAP, there are many items on the market to rid the mites but I`m not sure of the best one, maybe someone else with experience in the mites will pop in here to add some input for you, good luck!

i dont see any movement on the leaves, or spiders..
the plants is still very small (like 15cm).
