Strains with little or no resin, travel, gardening

I know a medical user with glaucoma and another with anorexia. They were tired of new strains loaded with resin dripping goop all over their lips when they smoke joints. We noticed the cambodian shown in either the 2nd or 3rd version of the cannabible had little resin and trichomes. We also saw the vancouver seed bank was selling some hemp seeds for gardening out of canada, and hanf zeit in amsterdam was selling high cbd flowers from hemp plants in sachets, one of my associates was interested in these as he wanted to go off it after starting. So does anyone know of any strains or travel tips for bud with no or little resin?

I think the easier solution would be to roll your joints with a crutch. it will keep it open without the goop transferring onto your lips.
