To me these look different, they are both ak 48 autos. Am I missing something here???

Hi One, and welcome.

No you are not missing anything. You are seeing the difference between genotype and phenotype. Even though the geno says they are the same, the pheno allow each plant to express different characteristics contained within it's genetics. For example, earlier this year I crossed a Jack Herrer with a Revolver. I grew 4 of the seeds and ended up with different plants resembling both parents. Also my last run of 3 Jack Herrers had 2 that looked like twins and 1 that looked very different. They will likely smoke a bit differently as well.
