Stem keeps bending, should i be worried?

My stem on one of the plants that stretched a bit seems to have bent in 2 different spots. I was wondering if i should give it support now or wait to see if a problem occurs, and if i should give support now how would i go about doing so?

Cant see the first bend too well but the bottom goes in like: ( then bends the opposite way like this: )
