Keep Saturday, July 11 open for a statewide event in Pittsburgh, Harrisburg and Philadelphia with NORML and Pennsylvanians for Medical Marijuana and others who support PA House Bill 1393.
The Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act provides for the medical use of marijuana and repeals provisions of the law that prohibit and penalize marijuana use. It was sponsored by Philadelphia County Representative Mark B. Cohen.
Chuck Homan will be lobbying for HB 1393 at the Capitol at 8:30 AM every Monday and Tuesday in June. See the website for materials and instructions on lobbying. In a two-to-three-hour shift you can see 5 or 10 reps or their staffs, then report back what they said and where they stand on Compassion.
