Squirrel fan wiring

I just received my squirrel fan in the mail. Its a 12v 1.20A brushless fan. I have no idea how to wire it to a plug though. Its got a red, black, and white leed coming off of it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it didnt com with a diagram, i dont think your supposed to wire it this way, but its like a pc fan...so it shouldnt be that hard i'm just unclear as to how to go about it

should be red+ and black- its usually yellow tho the extra wire google the make/model

or yellow is speed control, but red is + and black is -

alright cool. thanks guys, so I should just be able to splice in an RCA cable then hook it up to a universal power adapter then right?

so i went to radio shack and picked up a 12v adapter spliced the red wire from the fan to the wire with the tracer on the adapter. Then the black wire went to the other adapter wire, and on went the fan. Its dropped the temp in my cabinet by 4 degrees in not even 20 minutes.
