Sprouting seedlings

They've been like this for 3 days , and im starting to think somethings not ok. Are they burnt? Stressed? Lights too close or too far? Or are they dead? Can they recover healthy? Whats your advice?

Sorry for that , Im on the run and I only can leave this photo , I dont have time to resize it .

I grow CFL , soil is BioBizz light mix , temp was pretty high until now cause I worked on the ventilation part , something like 30-32 degrees Celsius. But again . Is it normal to be like this?

it looks like it hasnt broke out of its seed shell , so this is making it stretch for light , gently pick off the shell and give a light mist/spray of good ph water

Thx they all look allright now , except this one that has yellowing on the tips. Any ideas?

give it time to open up , dont water too much , try to just mist them , i like to put bottle ends over my seedlings like domes and mist the insides of them . reason , mice ate my sprouts . a bug could kill it quick if ate , and the humidity is better in a dome

Plant your seeds just a little bit deeper next time around. The soil drags the seed casing off as the seedling pokes up through the dirt.
