Hi, can't see your pics, they're not showing for some reason. Since I can't see, I have to ask what color are the spots? Brown? If so, that may be a calcium or mag deficiency. I have had that happen to me before. I used some calmag for it but if you don't have any you can use some epsom salt. As for the drooping leaves, since you mentioned you water everyday, it sounds to me like you're over watering. If this is the case, then you should let your plant dry out for a few days. Then once it dries out, give it the calmag or epsom salt. Have you tried looking at the plant abuse chart? Or common mistakes made by first time growers? If not, both links are in my sig line. Hopefully they will help til someone can come along to diagnose your problems.
