I honestly don’t know I’ve made it this far without taking a ph... what would that tell me about the nutrition?

Well being in coco there's nothing really to buffer the pH to a correct level for nutrient uptake. You have to treat your grow like a hydro grow which means you need to pH you nuted mix around 5.8-6.0.
Right now I believe you are locking your plant out from the required nutrients because your pH is probably too high.
Get a proper pH pen and pH to the above numbers then look to see if you still have issues.

They are not that bad yet but the problems will progress. Unless you have a way to test pH you would be guessing so just stick with what you have been doing for now.
When your pen arrives, test the mix and let me know what it was before you added pH up or pH down which are the best things really to adjust your pH. You can use vinegar to drop the pH but it could attract bugs and it's not that stable long term.

Like @MrSauga said and I can't stress this enough, correct pH is essential to healthy plants.
Coco IS Hydroponics and you must remember that you will need to provide your crop with everything they require. People new to Coco tend to forget that unlike soil you have to add micronutrients like calcium, magnesium and silica. Have a look at what you're feeding them and that may tell you what may be lacking. In this case probably cal/mag

UPDATE: my plants aren’t good ! One is getting very bad my pen and solution came last night. So my pen is In calibrated, my PH is about 6.8-7
I PH down to 5.5 I fed then today hopefully I see some Change I’m attaching plant pictures along with the nutrients i am using. I’m not sure if I need additional or not . Thank you everyone for the help and advice let me know about what’s next please this is the first grow for me I made it about 5 weeks with no issues I want to start the flowering transition come Sunday (should I wait until they are back to normal). (I know there’s ot of pics I tried getting several angles I only have 4 pants) MERRY CHRISTMAS

Merry Christmas to you as well. Is there a reason why you set the pH to 5.5? You need to bring that up and stay between 5.8-6.1 with coco. So next feed try and concentrate on 5.9. What strength nutes are you using? Full strength, half strength?

I had read between 5.5-6.5 for coco/hydro, i was just using this little chart for the fox farm. Using as it says in the guide.

In coco......I use PH....5.7 to 5.9 for veg..........5.9 to 6.2 for flower.
I would stick rigidly to correct ph........ensure water temperature is not too cold or too hot..............and foliar spray at lights off with 120 ppm calmag........can't harm the plants. spray 2 x 3 days apart.........PH your foliar spray as well!!

How often are you watering. I would say increase waterings to help buffer the coco and get the ph in check. You can bring them back fairly quick. The fox farm trio is a tough one to use in straight coco. The ca/mg ratios are not really geared towards coco. A good two part nutrient a and b and some cal mag is where I would start.
An enzyme product to break down dead roots and a rooting stimulator would be an added bonus.

Could you link a good product I could grab? Maybe I could try it out in my next grow or something I flushed them and they are seeming to be better
