Looking amazing! Look at all of those leaves praying to the sun Gods. Those are some happy ladies indeed! Love the Praying Mantis photos! We have bunches of them around here too and I always throw the babies around my plants. I've never seen that particular kind though, very cool!

I was in town all day with a Swedish girl yesterday even though I was broke she's a lawyer and had so much fun a couple days ago she wanted to go out again and didn't care. While I was away the racing horse soil for the hanging watermelon garden project got dropped off! .

Civic duty Karma.

Off to hardware shop. Need seaweed concentrate. 3rd cage. Wire. New thick case wire is not as good.

Yeah just looked up times for Bunnings closes up at 9:00. I'm gonna need another roll aren't I. Lucky I didn't start latching the ends of full roll together.

Sick of sprayer getting clogged with molasses was tossing up buying better spray bottle on first visit. Is inoperable after playing with so that's a must have now. Well no point on skimping on anything now I'm in it for the long haul.

Ok here we go made some progress. Cut rose bush back after photo. One last photogenic shot. High res after photos upload to iCloud.

Had to get those flowers on the right in for Sue on the last shot. You can see the super long cage lid out flat on the grass ready to go tomorrow. The stump was so hard to cut unbelievable. The sheet is off the chair ready to help me by going over plant and pulling branches in while cage slides over. It's hard to do by yourself without ripping anything and gets harder as cage gets larger. Very unwieldy.

Its a workout doing both plants I'll tell ya. I got sick of 10-15 minute spray bottle sessions alternating hands. This was top of the line and biggest size. Super heavy duty 2L was about $17 with 3 year warranty.

Works like a charm just watch the molasses or it wont work.

Spook now maybe you and the mendo boys can have a rap session lmfao. Hey have you ever personally used this caged skirt grow before or is this the first time? I just can't see how it's benefits outweigh its negatives I just can't see it ya know. And I hate that because I'm usually pretty good at seeing the end result to a theory put to practice but every time I put those cages to head all that happens is I come up with more questions lol. I've been working on a way to better water my plants. There's gotta be a way to feed my indoor plants without taking them to the bathtub every time before feeding ya know and without spending tons of money either. I've been researching wic feeds and I think I'm gonna try something like a grow box but with an added air pump to the reservoir ya know. I'm glad to see your doing well keep em green brother.
