I'll post more photos when i learn how to use this site, help with that too eh, im intrested in starting a grow journal.OK in the photos is 3'6"x 2'- 4' high incubator/plant set up, just finished lastnight (and moved my seedlings into from a big green garbage can witch had foil cover inside and top with a cfl light to what u see in the pic). in it i have a 12 day old seedling(B.J(Bruce Jenner)) and a 5 day old seedling(#2).their is a fan blowing from the bottom, with a low heat mist humidifier, Light is BR30 10w, And I got a question, im doing 20 on/4off for light. when in sleep mode should i shut the fan and humidifer off as well?

So I'm assuming that this isn't just for seedlings, and you are planning to veg/flower in there?

Do you have fans for circulating the air in and out of the room (extractor and inductor)?

If your temps stay in range you might be able to shut the exhaust fan off at light out but leave the circulation fan on to toughen them up
Is it really a Bruce Jenner haha hope it don't Hermie Lord I apologise.

no extractor or inductor, ill have to look into that, just the fan for circulation, that should be good right?

yes this is for all stages, will i have to get a stronger light?is the exuast fan nessesary? these are all questions id like to hear opinions on

It had to be said

Yes. I think you need a fan to draw air in and one to draw air out. The fans themselves aren’t expensive. Cut holes and use ducting to fit them. It’s much easier than it sounds.

It's kind of double edged sword thing yes you need good light first but then the heat that it adds you need to get that out if your temps are to high if it's cold in there now you might be able to run without exhaust until temps become a problem as long as you open it up once a day to exchange the air in there
What I would do is research what light you want then how much heat it's going to ad say a led vs hid then you will know how big of exaust fan you need
