All depends on what you want, how big is your space?
If it were me I'd store the money and save a little more for a good setup that will last you longterm.

No space dimesions yet, but that ts600 would fit the bill. Mainly gonna overwinter cuts from this year and start a mom for feminized seed to use next year on the back property, and friends
I take it you will just be growing 1 plant ? That's about all you'll do with the 600. I use 3 TSW 2000's for up to 8 plants in a 4' x 8' area. I like to only do about 5 plants at a time though to give me LST room.
I'd be looking for a deal on a used light for $100. You should be able to find a used $300 - $350 light for $100. I see people selling 2' x 4' tents with a light, fan & filter for $100 - $150 all the time. They are usually $350 - $500 set ups.

Looking that way too. I dont have tent, i have 3 rooms upstairs we dont use. Just an overwinter space to keep some strains going, MAYBE do a run for flowers. I can adapt the space to the light, and add other lights if and when needed. Simply want a solid light to stary from

GA3 just came in mail. Using that plus have some old seeds that m8ght need a little help. Been reading up on it, never used it before.
Right on, I hope the GA3 works out for you. I didn’t have any success with it. Haven’t given up on it yet but I’m close to. Colloidal Silver worked like a charm though.
Just remember, upgrades are expensive if you ever to decide on increasing your grow area.
Mars are great lights, spend the extra 50 bucks to maximize the grow space if you can afford it. I think there's a discount code around here somewhere.

No go with led not cmh, unless basement grow & you need the extra btu’s for winter heating.

Id like to find a ts600 AND a ts1000 grow. Most utube vids are promotional and/or just filled with non essential words. I'm too lazy and ADD to a side by side, but it's 70\30 towards an LED.
They can short(whatever) leading to portions not making photons.

Have two magnetic 400W MH fixtures.
