Smallest doable pot size?

I live in a small studio with a balcony. I am a first time grower and not looking for a majorly big yield. What is the smallest size pot or object you would suggest growing in out on the balcony? My seedlings are currently in a 2liter pot. Any pictures of your small or micro grows are welcome as well.

1 cup of soil....small enough?

The plant is a little stretched but for 1 cup of soil I’ll admit I’m impressed. I’m actually working on a small/micro grow myself using a tote that fits under my bed. Normally I grow large plants giants outdoors when I was living with my parents for a short while but having moved to a complex that explicitly prohibits even possession let alone cultivation. I have to go top secret.

With some topping and LST that little girl could have been much fuller and had a lot more to offer. Nevertheless, great job!

Yeah it was a seed started in 12/12 n was under the canopy of my main grow.
