slooooooow growth

Strain - Lowryder
# of Plants - 1
Grow Type - Soil
Grow Stage - Vegetative/ spout
Bucket Size - party cup
Lights - (2) 24watt daylight cfl's (100w equivalant each)
Nutrients - none yet
Medium - organic seed starter soil
Room Temperature -70-78F
Room Square Footage - odd shaped 5 foot high closet

Problem: the plant sprouted very fast, now it is growing very slow, maybe a mm a day on both leaves. leaves look healthy and green. also, the leaves are still kind of standing up. the lights are about 3 inches away, and the soil is damp about an inch down. i made sure not to over water.

I would try to keep the light to 18/6. This really isn't affecting your growth at the moment though. I think your just getting a little anxious. Give it some time to establish it's roots. You should see some better growth in about a week. If you notice any color changes in the leaves let us know. Right now it looks pretty healthy, it just needs more time to establish a good root system before it starts to really take off.
