High everybody !!
I just had a couple questions in regards to applying for exemption as a Class 2 patient.
My wife has talked to her doctor who has no problems signing her helath kanada forms. Both her GP and psychiatrist have diagnosed her and agree on the diagnosis.
My question is now what...?? I understand everything about filling out the forms and such but who prescribes the actual dosage ?
I notice on the forms it requires the name and info of the specialist, in this case the psych, but do they have to sign as well ?
Or would I just take all the completed forms to my doctor and she fills in the dosage amount ? She knows absolutely nothing about marijuana use but sees the difference it makes in my wife's life.
