Sickly Clones

hey chris since your a little more familiar with what im currently doing do you have any explanation for these clones? there is 3 new seedlings new seedlings in there that look amazing but the clones the gorilla glue and the green crack look fucked. they are all thinned, sickly and some even have pieces of leaf missing.

the ph is perfect and im using very small amounts like 40-50% feeding of floraseries with micro 1st this time.

oh and just fyi these clones came from the og, green crack and the gorilla glue in the big room. remember my post a few weeks ago about the calmag or the ph problem i had due to broken meters. well these clones were taken from those plants at about that time.

now these clones are showing the same symptoms as what the parent plants were showing.

this cannot be a nute problem because all the others would be sick as well. it is just the ones that were taken from the sickly parents.
but now those parents are fix and huge and amazing.

i have no clue and hate to start with new seeds again because they will be so far behind the healthy ones

I have clones that look like that as well. It doesn't worry me and I would hardly call them "fucked". I also have a few seedlings mixed in with my clones and the seedlings look so good that they make the clones look shitty. I will tag along for the ride on this thread if you don't mind because I too am not sure what caused it. I was thinking it might be atmosphere related (temp / humidity).

yea i have never seen plants like this before. either i was lucky or what i normally use was better than what i switched to. It all started here-----> Help Need Exact Diagnosis For This Sexy Kush

i took clones from those plants about 10-ish days before they started looking sick. in the end it was a nutrient problem cause by broken ph meters which had me running around 3 ph in my system for nearly 1 month.

all of those are fixed but now the clones that i took from those plants look now exactly as they did then. all pale with skinning thin leaves and holes etc.. in the leaves.

and when my ph meters originally went haywire i coincidentally made up my mind to give up my nutes i used forever and give the floraseries a try since they are considered my most to be the best (i have to disagree because what i have used for years have gave me 0 problems and the most potent buds ever)

but anyway after using my knowledge and then backing it up with some reading online and help from people here and chris we narrowed it down to CalMag deficiency and what i think maybe Broad Mites.

The reason i think broad mites is because the boards i am using in my room came from outside and they had a weird fish type smell and even made me itchy after handling them. and when you look at some of the photos i posted such as this 1st and 2nd photo of my plants how they looked and then when you compare it to a plant that was actually affected by broad mites as in the 3rd and 4th photo it is a close comparison.

so what i just did basically 20-30mins ago was dump everything and i went back to my old nutrients and added extra calmag and i sprayed the hell out of them with some soap. hopefully this changes fixes them.

Clones look fine

Probably still getting their grow on

And don't ever assume because none plant is great that another can't turn bad, even clones, each still has its own roots etc.

i think i figured this one out. i did some back checking on my phenos and plant varieties. and the only clones that are having issues right now are the 5 gorilla glue and the 2 green crack.

after testing everything and changing everything i made sure everything was perfect. however the clone/seedling room was around 40% humidity. my og, strawberry, lemon and blue dream are indica dominate but my gorilla glue and green crack are sativa dominate. i remember when the parent plants were same sick not only did i fix the ph and nute issue but i added a massive humidifier to the room. the plants got better.

right now in the clone/seedling room my humidity is around 40% which is low for this stage of growth but the indicas are able to handle lower humidity better than a sativa.
so i put the big humidifier in the clone/seedling room and i will watch. im certain this is the issue because if you look at the picture below this plant is suffering from low humidity and it is showing similar signs as if it had a calmag / nutrient deficiency.

i will update in a few days once i can see some changes

yea i have no clue at this point. but they are showing similar signs to how the donating clone parents were weeks earlier. but i cant see it being a nutrient deficiency because it has everything it needs. i covered every base not to mention 6+ flushes with different water and nutes.

the only thing that remained the same was around 30-40% humidity. and that was the case in the big grow room. i fixed the calmag etc.. but i also fixed the humidity in the big room by adding a massive humidifier.

right now as it stands i have blue dream, og kush, strawberry amnesia, gorilla glue, green crack, lemon og candy in the seed/clone room and all of them are in the same water / nutrients / res. the only ones showing signs is gorilla glue and green crack. and they really look awful in pics 1 2 and 3. some of them even got holes in the leafs. but the 4 other strains in the exact same containers are growing beyond amazing like in the last photo here.

hey so yea i went back through my journal from december 1st to the 15th i had no ph down and needed to order some i had nothing here except some swimming pool ph down so i had no choice but to use it. around december 15 was when i noticed the swimming pool ph down was wreaking havoc on my plants so bad that, thats what must of broke both of my ph meters. from dec. 15 until Jan 1st i was running around 3 ph as you can see in my other thread but my ph meters were reading 6.0 ph. I took these clones on Jan 2nd during the sick 2 weeks of bad ph and low ph. My big plants are all back and healthy and around 3-4 weeks into flowering but these clones... well as you can see in the pictures look bad. is there a chance they can recover?

cause currently in this system the only plants that are sick like this is the clones that were taken from those plants. the 4 that are doing good in this system are the new seedlings.
