Sick plants have me stumped

Hi Im new here and any help would be greatly appreciated
a little background on my garden

4x4 trays 25 plants under 1000 wt hps
40 gallon res
flood 2 mins: every 4 hrs
drip system: 1 min every 3 hours
medium rockwool cubes and hydro ton
temp 75-85
co2 1200 ppm
house and garden nutes
(switched from advanced )
week 5 flower

water from RO
recently realized filters were bad
(it was filling storage tanks and the ppm was below 50 so i thought it was fine measured the water straight out of the unit and it was 200 ) I guess the chlorine was evaporating and fooling me ooopssss


just changed all filters and added a pre house filter (carbon)
ppm still seems high around 50 ....maybe part of my problem .....


1 year ago from today I was pulling 2pound tables and life was grand broke down rebuilt and have not been able to get the girls back on track


now for the problem
half my table seems on track doing well
the other half seems like it is stuck in time on week 2

drip for rockwool and flood for hydroton, right? or some hybrid system?
To me it sounds like not enough water. general rule of thumb for flood drain in hydro rocks is every 4 hours for 10-15 mins each time. Ive not used rockwool myself, but one minute of drip sounds extremely minimal.

They dont look to sick to me. Were you growing this strain before? And by mix do you mean some plants are grape ape and some plants are blue dot or they are all bluedot/grape ape mix? If you have a unstable strain that someone made up you could be seeing two different phenotypes in your grow. Say the grape ape doesnt start to fill out until week 5 of flower and the blue dot bulks up right away you could be seeing traits from both strains even though they are a mix of the two.Kind of like one child favoring one parent more so than another and another child favoring the other parent even though they are related. I could be way off ,I'm a novice at best.Looks tasty anyhow.
